Most builders hand you to a project manager after you sign. Turant does not have one. Keith owns the company, walks the site, and answers for the schedule and the budget himself.
That shapes how many houses he takes. A small number of builds each year keeps Keith close enough to catch the details that get lost when a job passes through four sets of hands.

A catalog plan asks you to live around its decisions. A custom build starts from your lot, your routine, and the way you actually use a kitchen at 7am on a Tuesday.

Turant builds to the way a home gets used. Where the light lands, where the mudroom goes, how wide the hallway needs to be when two people pass through it carrying groceries.

No. Some clients bring a lot they already own. Others arrive with a plan, a budget, and no land yet. Both are a fine place to start, and finding the right site is part of the conversation.
Yes. Turant builds from plans you already have and works alongside your architect or designer. If you do not have plans, Keith can point you toward people he trusts.
A small number. Keith runs every build himself, which caps how much work the company takes on and keeps the schedule honest.
It depends on the lot, the square footage, and the finishes. Rather than quote a range that means nothing for your situation, Keith will price your plans and selections before you commit to anything.
